Refund and Returns Policy

The ArtPe Refund and Returns Policy is as follows:

Returns & Refunds

If the received product is broken or damaged, we will try our best to resolve the issue. We request you to contact us immediately within 2 days of delivery along with 2 to 5 photos of the damaged product. Any product that is used or tampered cannot be entertained and returns are not accepted. Softcopy orders will not be refunded or Cancelled.

Refunds are made to the account through which the amount was paid within a period of 7 to 10 working days.

Order Cancellation by the Customer

Cancellation of orders is not possible once the order is processed or dispatched and can never be cancelled unless we are unable to fulfill the order. 

Softcopy Orders cannot be cancelled after delivery. We can make some changes in the output as per your needs.

In case you don’t like the product, kindly email to us. We will try best to resolve it but we can’t promise any solution.

Delivery

Gifts can be sent to you or directly to the recipient of your choice or any other as per your request. Please ensure the correct name, mobile number, door number, pin code and other details are provided to prevent delays in the order. We cannot hold responsibility for orders getting delayed due to incorrect addresses or locked premises.

Delays can occur incase of local holidays or unavoidable natural calamities or uncontrolled circumstances. We will still work with the courier partners to make sure the order gets delivered to you on time.
